Returns
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible pieces. To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your piece must be:

Unworn and in its original condition

Returned in original packaging

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, email concierge@votrelis.com. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and our return address in Fort Worth, TX.
Please note:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Custom or made-to-order pieces

Personalized or engraved jewelry

Gift cards
Custom pieces are made exclusively for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
However, if your custom piece isn’t quite right, we will do everything possible to make it right—whether that means adjusting, remaking, or refining it until it reflects your vision. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll take care of the issue through repair, replacement, or refund.
Exchanges
We can offer exchanges. To receive a different piece, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately thought our concierge services.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at concierge@votrelis.com.
